Gene Smith

Gene Smith has extensive experience in recruitment and management, holding progressive roles at Hays from 2005 to the present, including Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, Senior Recruitment Manager, and Senior Technical Recruiter. Prior to Hays, Gene served as Regional Director at Groupware International, Inc. from 1999 to 2005 and began a career in recruitment as a Recruiter/Account Service Representative at Diversified Sourcing Solutions from 1997 to 1999. Gene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Randolph-Macon College, earned between 1992 and 1996.
