Imogen Wareing

Imogen Wareing has over 15 years of extensive experience in recruitment, career coaching, and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruitment Associate at Hays Recruitment since 2008, Imogen has been an Independent Panel Member for NSW Public Sector recruitment, primarily focused on TransportNSW. Previous roles include Career Transition Coach at INS Career Management, where Imogen facilitated workshops for public sector employees, and Director at The Growth Connection Pty Ltd, overseeing career and performance coaching for approximately 4,000 individuals. Additional consultancy work at RailCorp and Ausgrid involved developing mentoring programs and training. Imogen holds postgraduate degrees in Industrial Psychology and Industrial Law from the University of Sydney, and Sociology from London Metropolitan University, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Education from Birmingham City University.
