Jade Y. is a corporate communication professional with extensive experience in managing communication strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Corporate Communication Manager for EMEA at Hays since March 2021, Jade has also held roles such as Communication Consultant and Graphic Designer at the International Labour Organization, and Branding, Marketing and Communication Manager for Shake to Win at CREATEC Digital. With a strong foundation in global and youth employment initiatives from earlier positions at the ILO and XinFab, Jade's work emphasizes the importance of inclusion and effective messaging. Jade holds a Master’s Degree in Advertising Design and Communication from Elisava School of Design and Engineering, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Asian Studies and International Relations from the Geneva Graduate Institute and the University of Geneva, respectively.
