Jo Scott

Jo Scott has extensive experience in recruitment and resourcing, beginning as a Senior Consultant at Hays Legal from April 2000 to July 2004, specializing in the recruitment of legal professionals. Over the years, Jo has held senior roles, including Associate Director at the Financial Conduct Authority since March 2025 and Account Manager at BBC Studios from May 2016 to June 2019, where leadership of the experienced hire recruitment team was a key responsibility. Other notable positions include Talent Resourcing Manager at 20th Century Fox Film, where Jo managed the recruitment process across the UK and Europe, and Resourcing Manager roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and UBS Investment Bank. Jo has also contributed to various projects and initiatives in recruitment strategy and diversity at Credit Suisse, served as a Resourcing Business Partner at BBC from July 2019 to April 2020, and recently worked as a Freelance Assessor.
