Joanna Scheer

Joanna Scheer has experience in human resources and recruiting, beginning with a role at RWE Power AG from July 2018 to April 2019 in HR Shared Service Center Recruiting, where administrative tasks in applicant management, candidate care, and communication with internal and external stakeholders were performed. Joanna then joined Hays, starting as an Active Sourcing Specialist for IT contracting and insurance from April 2019 to October 2021, progressing to Senior Active Sourcing Specialist and currently serves as Teamleiterin, Active Sourcing IT - Contracting, Insurance since October 2022. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and previously studied at Universidade Lusófona and Universität Bielefeld, where a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Economics was obtained.
