Jon Beasley

Jon Beasley is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Global Head of External Communications at Hays since May 2012, having previously held the position of Global Senior Communications Manager. In this role, Jon Beasley manages strategic communication campaigns, oversees an external global PR agency, and provides support to the C-suite executive team and regional teams. Prior to Hays, Jon Beasley worked at Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd from June 2007 to May 2012 in various roles, including Group Communications Manager and Group Communications Executive, focusing on internal communications and event organization. Jon Beasley holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Creative Writing from the University of Leeds, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
