Jon Mannall

Jon Mannall is the EMEA Managing Director and Global Head of Sales, Solutions & Innovation at Hays Talent Solutions, where responsibilities include leading business development across the EMEA region and overseeing sales and solutions teams globally. Before joining Hays in 2010, Jon held roles at Lorien as Director of Client Development and at Reed Consulting, where responsibilities included Operations Director and Head of Managed Services. Jon’s career encompasses extensive experience in RPO, MSP, and sales strategy, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction. Jon earned a MA (Hons) in Management and Philosophy from the University of Dundee.
