Manoj Kumar is currently a Team Lead at Hays, where they also participate in the Leadership Partner Program. With over five years of extensive experience in recruitment and client interaction, Manoj previously served as a Senior Associate at Collar Search, where they managed full life-cycle recruitment for major clients in the IT and Federal sectors. Prior to that, Manoj worked as a Production Supervisor at Pricol Limited from 2017 to 2019. Manoj earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Graphic Era Deemed to be University in 2014.
