Michael's previous roles include Global CISO at Merck KGaA and Deputy Chief of Staff at US Army Europe, along with a significant history of service in the United States Air Force and Joint Interagency Task Force South. Additionally, Michael contributes to the volunteer sector by mentoring and coaching on topics such as conflict resolution, cultural integration, and personal transformation in a large non-profit organization.
