Michael Kleer

Michael Kleer has extensive experience in training and coaching, holding a Director Training position at ALEX & GROSS GmbH from May 2021 to October 2022. In October 2024, Michael Kleer served as an Expert in Learning & People Development at Hays while previously functioning as a Senior Learning Consultant. Additionally, Michael Kleer was the Leiter Aus- und Weiterbildung at CC Akademie Saarbrücken from July 2020 to April 2021. Since September 2013, Michael Kleer has been running a training and coaching business, and served as a Referent in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung at SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd from January 2018 to June 2020.
