Michael Reddig

Michael Reddig is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Senior Controller for Financial Controlling & Planning at Hays since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing monthly and annual financial statements for the DACHDK region, revenue and cost of sales allocations, KPI assessments, and budget forecasting. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Corporate Financial Controller at Hays, focusing on similar financial responsibilities. At Flux Design Products GmbH (I-CLIP), from September 2015 to February 2021, Michael worked as Production and Financial Controller, overseeing financial and production controlling, system administration, inventory management, and project management. Michael also served as a Zugführer with the Bundeswehr from January 2006 to December 2013, managing logistics and personnel. Education includes a degree in Business Management and Administration from Eberhardt-Gothein-Schule Mannheim and a qualification in logistics from Heimerer Schulen/Bundeswehr.
