Michaela Jaap

Michaela Jaap is the Head of Corporate Culture & Responsibility and Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Hays. They have extensive experience in strategy and organizational development, having previously worked at Pawlik Consultants GmbH and HPP Marketing- und Strategieberatung GmbH. Michaela is currently a member of the board at Charta der Vielfalt e.V., where they contribute to promoting diversity in business and society. They hold a degree in Systemic Organizational Development and Change Management from isb GmbH, completing their education in 2022.
