Mike Morgan is the Director of Technology at Hays, where they manage a team of 25 specialist recruiters and serve as the Global Chair of the Hays UK&I LGBTQIA+ Pride Network. They co-founded The Alliance Network to support LGBTQ+ professionals in the Midlands, aiming to enhance local business practices and community collaboration. Previously, Mike held the role of Senior Manager at Hays, overseeing the Construction and Property and Energy Divisions. Additionally, they served as a mentor for UpRising Leadership, focusing on diversity and social mobility, and acted as an ambassador for Silicon Canal, promoting the tech ecosystem in Greater Birmingham. Mike earned a BSc Hons in Business Studies and Design from Bath Spa University.
