Mike Morgan

Mike Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology recruitment sector, currently serving as the Director of Technology at Hays since November 2002, overseeing a team of 20 specialists in the Birmingham office. Morgan specializes in Cyber and Information Security across the Midlands and holds the position of Global Chair of the Hays UK&I LGBTQIA+ Pride Network. Additionally, Morgan co-founded The Alliance Network to enhance workplace conditions for LGBTQ+ professionals in the Midlands and served as an Ambassador for Silicon Canal, promoting the tech ecosystem in Greater Birmingham. Earlier in the career, Morgan excelled as a Senior Manager at Hays Construction and Property and contributed as a mentor for UpRising Leadership, advocating for diversity and social mobility. Education includes a BSc in Business Studies and Design from Bath Spa University.
