Milly Collison

Milly Collison is an experienced marketing and communications leader currently serving as the Marketing Director APAC at Hays, where they manage a team of 36 to drive business growth across multiple regions. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Executive General Manager of Marketing & Communications at ASG Group, where they led a comprehensive rebrand and oversaw all aspects of internal and external communications. Milly has also worked as a Marketing and Business Development Consultant and has contributed to various strategic projects in the marketing field since earning their Master of Commerce from Macquarie University in 2018.
