Nathan Gee

Nathan Gee is the Regional Head of HR at Hays, overseeing HR and training functions for over 250 staff in the South West and Wales region. In this role, Nathan delivers high-quality recruitment sales training programmes, helping individuals develop their recruiting skills and reach their potential. Previously, Nathan held various positions at Hays, including Senior Regional HR Manager and Recruitment Consultant, focusing on HR recruitment in the Commerce and Industry sectors across Bristol and Cheltenham. Nathan began their career with a degree in Law from the University of York, completed in 2011.
