Neil Soffe

Neil Soffe has extensive experience in the recruitment and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Business Director at Hays Specialist Recruitment since January 2001, Neil is the Account Director for The Pensions Regulator, overseeing recruitment efforts for the UK regulator of work-based pension schemes. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Customer Services Manager at Legal & General from January 1990 to January 2001, where responsibilities included the operational management of technical administrative support teams for Life, Pension, and Investment products.
