Patrick Staffen, CCWP, is a results-driven leader specializing in contingent workforce and recruitment with significant experience managing external workforce solutions across over 15 countries. They have held key roles at Hays, including Head of Outsourced Services NL and Client Director, where they led multidisciplinary teams and delivered best-in-class RPO and MSP programs. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked as a Recruitment Manager at USG People and developed technical recruitment strategies at Half 9 Recruitment. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics and obtained various certifications, including the CCWP credential in contingent workforce management.
