Ramiro Bado

Ramiro Bado is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various regions in Latin America. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Hays since June 2017, Ramiro has achieved significant milestones, including seven consecutive growth quarters and record revenues and operating profits in fiscal years 2021 and 2022. Previously, Ramiro held the position of Managing Director in Colombia and was responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, finance, operations, IT, and HR, while also managing client relationships in Peru and Ecuador. With a solid background in recruitment and client development from prior roles at LHH and Michael Page, as well as experience in continuous improvement at Atento and business analysis at Accenture, Ramiro's career is backed by a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
