Ramiro Bado

Ramiro Bado currently serves as Managing Director for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Hays since June 2017, previously holding the position of Managing Director for Colombia. Under Ramiro's leadership, the company achieved seven consecutive growth quarters and set records in revenue and operating profit. Ramiro has extensive experience in strategic management across various roles, including Regional Director and Country Manager, with responsibilities in sales, marketing, finance, operations, IT, and HR, as well as client management in Peru and Ecuador. Prior to Hays, Ramiro held key positions at LHH, Michael Page, Atento, and Accenture, demonstrating significant expertise in recruitment and client development. Ramiro earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
