Runkel Eva is the Head of Learning & Development EMEA, where they shape learning cultures and drive transformation across 15 countries. With a diverse background in linguistics, sales, HR, and executive education, Runkel leads the development of scalable learning solutions that foster growth and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. Previously, they held various roles, including General Manager at SciTech Communications GmbH and Senior Consultant at Hays, focusing on recruitment in the Life Sciences industry. Runkel also serves as a university lecturer in Sales Techniques & Customer Acquisition, bridging academic theory with practical applications. They hold credentials as a Certified Employer Brand Manager from WU Wien, TU München, and DEBA Berlin, as well as a Diplom-Übersetzerin from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg.
