Scott Cameron

Scott Cameron has over two decades of experience in service delivery and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Head of Service Delivery at Hays since December 1999. In this role, Scott oversees the global execution of service delivery excellence across multiple countries, focusing on enhancing delivery capabilities and implementing innovative recruitment solutions. Previously, Scott held various leadership positions including Service Delivery Director, Senior Client Director, and Client Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing significant contracts with leading organizations in diverse sectors such as broadcasting, government, and telecommunications. Scott's earlier career included roles as a recruitment consultant and part-time lecturer at The Robert Gordon University, following a BA in Law, Economics, and Management.
