Sophia Redpath has a diverse professional background, beginning as a waitress at Pennyhill Park from October 2015 to August 2020. Following that, Sophia transitioned into recruitment, serving as a Senior Consultant at Reassured from December 2020 to October 2022. Currently, Sophia works as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays since February 2025, specializing in public sector and not-for-profit technology recruitment, particularly for the NHS, education, government, housing, and charities in the South East.
