Tim McGrath

Tim McGrath is the Chief Commercial Officer at Hays, a position held since February 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing the commercial integrity of Hays UK with a strong focus on business development. Prior to this role, Tim served as the Commercial Development Director at Steria from October 2007 to February 2009, leading commercial development for major BPO bids and contract negotiations. Tim also held the position of Commercial Development Director at Xansa plc from December 2000 to October 2007, managing commercial deals in the BPO sector and directing bidding teams. Earlier in the career, Tim worked as a Relationship Director at EDS, an HP Company, from January 1992 to December 2000, engaging with senior board-level clients to ensure effective service delivery, including acting as the Southern European Account Director for a key Pan-European client. Tim holds a BA Honours degree in English Literature from Liverpool Hope University, obtained between 1985 and 1988.
