Laura Mott

Laura Mott is a Co Head of Equity Capital Markets and Co Head of Transaction Services at HaysMac, where they also serve as an Audit Partner. They provide expert guidance on corporate finance, M&A transactions, IPOs, and due diligence, while leading a partnership program with the London Stock Exchange to support scaling businesses. With extensive experience advising AIM and quoted companies, Laura has built strong relationships with clients and peers alike. They hold a BA from Durham University and are committed to mentoring others within the firm. Outside of work, Laura enjoys exploring London and playing golf.
