Simon Wilks

Simon Wilks is a Partner and Co-Head of Financial Services at Haysmacintyre LLP, where they specialize in advising Financial Services organizations, including entrepreneurial businesses and established international groups. They began their career advising Fund Managers in 1998, assisting over 250 clients with business setup, financial management, and taxation. Simon's expertise extends to fast-growing fintech businesses and alternative finance providers, navigating development and regulatory challenges. They have been integral to management at haysmacintyre since becoming a partner in 1996, contributing strong commercial insights to client advisory. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Brighton and an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
