Chris Bone

Chris Bone is the Co-Founder and CEO of Haystack since January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Education World Ltd from January 2017 to January 2020. Chris also worked as the Head of Specialist Recruitment at NRG from November 2013 to January 2017. Before that, Chris held various positions at Nigel Wright Recruitment, including Associate Director from February 2013 to November 2013, and again from May 2011 to January 2013. Chris was also the Country Manager for Nigel Wright in the French market, responsible for its launch and full P&L responsibility, from October 2008 to April 2011. Chris started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Wright Recruitment from August 2003 to April 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager - Sales & Marketing at Michael Page International from May 2006 to September 2008.

Chris Bone attended St Cuthbert's High School from 1990 to 1997, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Chris then went on to study at Boston University from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and History. Afterward, Chris attended the University of Oxford from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Relations.
