Haystack | Rethinking Hiring. Unlocking Human Potential.

At Haystack, we’re transforming how employers find talent - by starting with what truly matters: the ability to do the job.

Too often, great candidates are filtered out by resumes and biased hiring practices - especially neurodivergent individuals who think and work differently. We’re here to change that.

Haystack builds job-specific, game-based assessments that measure real cognitive strengths and task-based abilities - before anyone even looks at a resume.

Employers provide the job description, and we generate a custom assessment link connected to their applicant tracking system. It’s fast, scalable, and tailored to each role. The result?

	Employers start with a pool of people who can actually do the work.
	Candidates are seen for what they can do - not how they look on paper.
	Neurodivergent talent, long overlooked, finally gets a fair shot.

We're starting in manufacturing, supply chain, and hospitality - high-volume industries with major talent gaps - and expanding rapidly.

We believe the future of work is inclusive, data-driven, and strength-based. Let’s build it together.
