Nicolas Sarmiento has a diverse education history. Nicolas first attended Colegio Franklin D. Roosevelt, where they obtained their High School diploma. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, which they completed between 2013 and 2015. In 2010, they also attended Instituto San Ignacio de Loyola, where they studied International Business for a few years.

In 2018, Nicolas enrolled in Universidad de Ingeniería & Tecnología - UTEC, where they completed a Programa Avanzado de Estrategias de Transformación Digital. The following year, in 2019, they attended UTEC again to complete a Diplomado en Lean UX & Service Design. Finally, in 2020, they furthered their education by getting certified as an Agile Coach from Lean Agile Institute.
