Bertilla Theodore

Bertilla Theodore has a diverse work experience. Bertilla currently works at HaystackID as a Senior Data Analyst since March 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at NightOwl Global, including Senior Discovery Specialist from July 2019 to March 2021 and Discovery Technician from July 2018 to July 2019. Bertilla also gained experience as a Cloud Integration Intern at Ericsson from May 2017 to July 2018.

Bertilla Theodore completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology from 2012 to 2016. Bertilla further pursued a Master's Degree in Digital Investigation & Forensic Computing from University College Dublin, which they completed in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Bertilla has obtained several certifications. Bertilla became a Relativity Certified Administrator in May 2019 and later obtained certifications as a Relativity Certified User and Relativity Certified Expert in January and May 2020, respectively. In May 2020, they also achieved the certification of Relativity Analytics Specialist. Continuing their professional development, Bertilla obtained certifications as a Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Core specialist in May 2020 and a Relativity Project Management Specialist in July 2021. Bertilla further enhanced their expertise with certifications as a Reveal Review Certified professional in November 2021 and as a Relativity Processing Specialist and Relativity Master in December 2021. Most recently, in October 2022, they obtained the Reveal 11 - Accelerator certification from Reveal-Brainspace.

Additionally, Bertilla acquired a Diploma for Global Support - Customer Service Request Handling from Ericsson in January 2018, demonstrating their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
