Daniel Pelc

Daniel Pelc has an extensive work experience in the field of eDiscovery and legal consulting. Daniel served as the Director of Client Solutions and Integration at NightOwl Global since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager - Industry Marketing at Relativity from November 2017 to November 2019.

Before joining Relativity, they held the position of Senior Consultant Discovery Management at NightOwl Discovery from April 2015 to November 2017. In this role, they specialized in process/workflow creation, BYOD policy creation, and eDiscovery strategy for Fortune 500 corporations and prominent law firms. Daniel also led the company's thought leadership relating to CLE programming.

Daniel Pelc worked as a Senior Consultant-eDiscovery Services at Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group from October 2012 to March 2015. During this time, they consulted with global clients on Information Governance and Discovery Response challenges. Daniel also managed Verizon's technical services team performing eDiscovery work for their in-house legal department.

Before joining Verizon, they briefly founded and served as the President of LawDog Marketing LLC in 2012. This company provided messaging strategies and content to law firms and legally focused technology companies.

From September 2011 to May 2012, Daniel Pelc held the position of Senior Director of Product Marketing-Litigation Services at Merrill Corporation. Daniel managed the development of Merrill Lextranet, an eDiscovery software suite, and supervised all marketing efforts for Merrill's eDiscovery and Court Reporting businesses.

Prior to joining Merrill Corporation, they worked as the Director at FTI Consulting from June 2007 to March 2008.

From March 2006 to March 2007, they worked as an Associate Technology Counsel at Fios, where they created the Office of Technology Counsel (OTC) and provided expert assistance in a criminal investigation in Argentina. Daniel Pelc started their career as a Legal Consultant at Kroll Ontrack from March 2000 to September 2003. In this role, they were responsible for launching and growing the Electronic Discovery business unit in the United States and Europe. Daniel provided discovery consulting and conducted CLE courses on electronic discovery topics.
