Jonathan Flood is a seasoned professional in the fields of automation, operations, and digital forensics. Currently serving as Senior Director of Automation at HaystackID since December 2019, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in transforming data processing and workflows to enhance client value and service delivery. Prior experience includes roles as Director of European Operations and Director of Discovery Operations at HaystackID, as well as Associate Director of EU Discovery Operations at NightOwl Discovery. Jonathan has also contributed to academia as an Associate Faculty member at the National College of Ireland. With a solid educational background in Digital Investigations and Forensic Computing from University College Dublin, and qualifications in Electronic Engineering from Technological University Dublin, Jonathan's expertise spans operational excellence and eDiscovery solutions across various high-profile organizations.
