Leroy Blades

Leroy Blades has extensive work experience in the field of litigation support and software engineering. Leroy started their career in 1998 at IKON Office Solutions, where they served as a Litigation Support Analyst and Specialist. Leroy then moved on to Datum Legal as a Litigation Support Specialist before joining Debevoise & Plimpton as a Litigation Support Specialist. Leroy further enhanced their skills and knowledge by working at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as a Litigation Support Specialist.

In 2005, Leroy joined Cyber Search Global as a Litigation Support Analyst, where they held multiple roles until 2009. During this period, they also worked as a Contract Programmer at MetLife. In 2010, Leroy joined Everest Technologies Co. LLC as an eDiscovery Consultant and stayed there until 2018. Leroy then joined Special Counsel as a Software Engineer and worked until 2021 before moving to Consilio LLC as a Software Engineer. Currently, Leroy is employed at HaystackID as an Enterprise Data Engineer, starting in 2022.

Leroy Blades attended CUNY New York City College of Technology from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Computer and Information Systems.
