Mel Vafaei

Mel Vafaei is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in client relations and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as a Project Manager at HaystackID since April 2022, Mel previously held the positions of Client Experience and Senior Project Manager at SOLID Surface Care, Inc. from December 2017 to April 2022. Mel's career also includes a significant tenure as Director of Client Relations and part owner at millicare by FSI from May 2003 to April 2022, where a strong emphasis was placed on ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
