Michael Cosgrove

Michael Cosgrove has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael is currently working as a Contracts Counsel at HaystackID since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director & General Counsel at Trisynergy Consulting Group since 2005.

Before that, Michael worked at DuPont as an Associate Project Leader & Contract Attorney, where they led a team of legal professionals and ensured legal compliance and confidentiality in project management and contract review.

Michael also gained experience as a Contract Analyst at Hudson Bank, where they participated in a clean-up initiative for Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering compliance. Additionally, they worked at Jefferson Healthcare in roles such as Senior Accountant and Accountant, where they handled financial analysis, journal entries, and accounting policy development for newly acquired healthcare organizations.

Michael Cosgrove attended Saint Joseph's University from 1992 to 1994, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Michael then enrolled in Saint Joseph's University again from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Afterwards, Michael attended Widener University School of Law from 1999 to 2001, and successfully completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
