Zachary Paro

Zachary Paro has a diverse work experience in the legal technology industry. Zachary began their career at Kroll Ontrack in 2009, where they held multiple roles. As a Media Custodian, they ensured the secure handling of physical client media and organized timely delivery of client deliverables. Zachary later served as an Operations Project Manager, overseeing data processing workflows and providing expertise to Case Managers. Additionally, they worked as an Application Support Analyst, providing training and troubleshooting for Kroll Ontrack's proprietary software.

In 2016, Paro joined eTERA Consulting as a Project Manager, where they managed various projects related to e-discovery. After that, they moved to KLDiscovery in 2017, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager.

Since 2018, Paro has been working at HaystackID. Zachary initially joined as a Senior Consultant and later assumed the role of Senior Director of Consulting & Litigation Services, starting in November 2021. The duration of their current role is unspecified.

Throughout their career, Paro has gained expertise in e-discovery processes, client management, data processing, and software support.

Zachary Paro has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Minnesota, which they completed in 2008. Prior to that, their high school education was at Owatonna High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Relativity Certified User and Relativity Expert from Relativity in March 2020, Relativity Analytics Specialist from kCura in October 2016, Mindseye Discovery Manager Certified Administrator from Mindseye Solutions in September 2016, and Relativity Certified Administrator from kCura in June 2015.
