Erin started their career as a Waitress/Headwait at Outback Steakhouse in 1998, where they worked until 2004. During this time, they gained valuable customer service and hospitality skills.

In 2002, Erin joined Hennepin Technical College as a Work Study. Here, they worked closely with the graphics lab assistant and lead instructor of the Graphics Department, gaining hands-on experience with troubleshooting, reformatting, and installing software, hardware, scanners, and printers. Erin worked in this role until 2004.

After that, Erin joined NightOwl Global in 2004 as a Director of Marketing. Erin held this position for over 14 years, until 2019. Erin was responsible for overseeing marketing operations and later moved on to become the Assistant Director of Marketing before taking on the role of Director of Marketing Operations in 2020.

In 2020, Erin joined HaystackID as the Director of Marketing Operations. A year later, they were promoted to Senior Director of Marketing, a position they currently hold.
