Isabela Brum

Isabela Brum is currently working at Haytek as an Analista de Gente e Gestão, where Isabela has been responsible for redesigning and structuring recruitment and onboarding processes. Prior to this, Isabela worked as a Headhunter at Enext, a Wunderman Thompson Company, focusing on digital marketing for clients such as Nivea and L'oréal. Isabela also served as a Tech Recruiter at Grupo SOMA, handling recruitment for the technology and digital innovation sector. Isabela started their career in Human Resources at Log20 Logística, where Isabela provided HR support and managed internal headcount. Isabela is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at UNISUAM.
