David Boyd has extensive experience in operations and technical services within the managed services sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Haywire since January 2022. Prior to this role, Boyd held the position of Senior Director of Technical Services at Jobvite and served as Director of Global Managed Services for the Life Sciences division at Virtusa, where key accomplishments included leading IT system integration, establishing a global command center, and developing Robotic Process Automation systems. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Service Delivery at Apparatus, managing service delivery across a large client base and overseeing various operational responsibilities.
