Vanessa Lambert is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Experience Australia at HazardCo since April 2020, Vanessa has also held roles such as National Customer Success & Services Manager and Business Development Lead. Prior to joining HazardCo, Vanessa worked at CXV Electrical as Operations Manager and held multiple sales and consulting positions at companies including Homebuyers Centre, JG King Homes, and Bentley Homes. Vanessa's early career included roles in travel management and retail. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Marketing & Management from La Trobe University, a Customer Success Leaders Fellowship, and a Diploma of Health Science in Remedial Therapy from the Australian College of Natural Medicine.
