Amy G. has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Amy began their career in 2006 as a Patent Agent and Consultant at General Electric. In 2015, they Co-Founded Hazel Technologies, Inc. and held the roles of C-Suite Executive, Chief Intellectual Property Officer, Board Member, and Corporate Secretary. In 2016, Amy G. joined Moyles IP, LLC as a Patent Agent and Consultant, where they prepared and prosecuted various electromechanical patent applications. In 2018, they became an Adjunct Professor of Law at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Pre-Pitch Mentor and Skills Based Volunteer at TechRise by P33 Chicago, a multi-stakeholder initiative to support historically underrepresented tech founders from Chicago.

Amy G. completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) at the University of Pennsylvania between 2001 and 2004. In 2014, they obtained their Master of Science in Law with Honors from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, with a focus on the intersection of intellectual property, entrepreneurship, and regulatory affairs. In 2015, Amy G. also obtained a Kellogg Executive Certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they obtained a USPTO Registered Patent Agent certification from the United States Patent & Trademark Office in December 2006.
