Iris Ticher is a seasoned professional in organizational development, learning, and internal communication, currently serving as the Global OD, Learning & Internal Communication Manager at Hazera Seeds since October 2020. Previously, Iris held the position of Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Natural Intelligence, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the L&D department, implementing organizational methodologies, and supporting change management initiatives. With extensive experience in leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies, Iris has worked in various capacities, including organizational consultant and trainer at Lotem and as a partner at TACK Growth Strategies. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Management—Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
