Construction Operations Team

The Construction Operations Team at HB Construction is responsible for managing site activities and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Led by the Senior Superintendent and supported by the Assistant Site Manager, the team coordinates all construction efforts, oversees subcontractors and contractors, and implements safety protocols. Their collaborative approach and proactive problem-solving ensure that project timelines are met while maintaining HB's commitment to enhancing community well-being through their work.
