GenAI made it easy to build. Surviving production is another matter. Most AI experiments never get there, and a prototype that demos well isn't a system you can trust. Trust takes both: a model that's reliable and explainable, and the engineering around it (data, security, integration, operations).

hb.dev is a technical consultancy in Aarhus, working with organisations across Europe, that closes that gap. Whether you're a founder with a stalled prototype or an organisation serious about AI but without the in-house capacity to take it safely into production, we help you scope the right problem and build it right: the model and everything around it. Then we make sure your own team can run and evolve it. And when it makes sense, we keep it running with you.

What sets us apart: the people who scope your project are the same ones who build and deploy it. No subcontracting, no handoff to a team that wasn't in the room. We've proven it where failure isn't an option, in defence, utilities, healthcare, and the public sector. So when your work needs security clearance, GDPR compliance, or regulatory sign-off, we've already been there. That discipline isn't reserved for our biggest clients; it's how we build everything.

Core strengths: applied AI & machine learning · MLOps & ML pipelines · data platforms · cloud & infrastructure · security & compliance.

No slide decks. We ship working systems that survive production.
