HBA Incorporated has been building concrete projects throughout Southern California for more than 45 years. Founded by Gerald Pyle, HBA was built on a simple principle: contractors deserve a concrete partner who is reliable, responsive, and easy to work with.

Our capabilities include foundations, structural walls, elevated decks, architectural flatwork, custom pool decks, sidewalks, and specialized concrete construction. Whether the project requires structural strength, detailed finishes, or precise execution, our experienced team is prepared to deliver.

HBA provides in-house CAD coordination, detailed pre-construction budgeting, and clear communication from the initial estimate through project completion. These capabilities help improve accuracy, support informed decisions, and keep projects moving.

Safety is at the foundation of everything we do. It is more than a reporting requirement, it is our daily commitment to ensuring everyone returns home safely.

Today, HBA remains family-owned, based in Anaheim, and proud of the long-standing relationships we have built with general contractors, developers, owners, and trade partners.

For builders seeking an experienced concrete partner committed to safety, quality, communication, and integrity, HBA Incorporated is ready to build.
