Utkarsh Singh is an architecture and design professional with extensive experience in BIM implementation and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Technical Director at HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates in Dubai, Utkarsh oversees project management, ensuring efficient design delivery and successful outcomes. Previously, Utkarsh held roles as a BIM Coordinator at Techture and ABANOS Interior Fit-Out & Joinery LLC, leading teams on high-profile projects such as the Beea'h headquarters designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and Dubai's Changi International Airport. Utkarsh's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a summer research internship focused on daylighting simulations at IIIT Hyderabad.
