Michaela Watson

Michaela Watson is an experienced business analyst and team leader, currently serving as the Business Analyst Team Lead at HBF Health since July 2020, where Michaela provides leadership and guidance to the Business Analysis Chapter within the Transformation Programme, overseeing a team of 10. Prior to this role, Michaela held positions including Senior Business Analyst at HBF Health and Business Analyst at BT Financial Group from March 2013 to July 2020, where Michaela contributed to key investment and pension projects with a focus on legislative compliance. Michaela also has experience in user acceptance testing and project management, and has been recognized with awards for service quality and contributions to various initiatives.
