Frank Chen

Frank Chen is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HBK Engineering, LLC since December 2022, Frank previously held the role of Senior Program Manager at Eberhard Manufacturing Company, where critical project management and team coordination were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Staff Product Engineer at Panduit, Senior Project Engineer at Colony Display Systems, and Engineering Manager at Aero Products International Inc., among others.
