Stan Naumoff

Stan Naumoff, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HBK Engineering, LLC since January 2014, Stan leads the $5M/5Year Illinois Tollway Subsurface Utility Engineering Systemwide project, implementing value engineering strategies that reduce costs and congestion. Previous roles include Senior Construction Manager at HDR for the Northfolk-Southern Railroad Yard Rehabilitation, Senior Resident Engineer at Ardmore Associates for the O’Hare Modernization Program, and various engineering positions with notable firms such as Clark-Dietz and AECOM. Stan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, completed in 1984.
