Through integrated agricultural services, HBL Zarai works to strengthen Pakistan’s agriculture sector, improve farmer productivity, and contribute towards long term food security by enabling access to knowledge, services, and markets.

At the heart of this model are HBL Zarai Deras, our flagship regional touchpoints located within key farming clusters. These Deras act as one stop agriculture service hubs where farmers can access agronomy advisory, quality farm inputs, mechanization solutions, crop planning support, digital and physical market linkages, as well as warehousing and logistics facilitation. The Deras are designed to bring structured, reliable, and transparent agriculture services closer to the farmer.

Complementing the Deras are HBL Zarai Dost Shops, community based access points located closer to villages and local markets. These shops ensure last mile connectivity by providing certified inputs, basic advisory support, and service facilitation, helping farmers access essential agriculture solutions within their own communities.

Through this integrated ecosystem, HBL Zarai supports farmers across the agriculture value chain including crop advisory, input access, mechanization, livestock support through VetServices, market linkage, and digital enablement. The focus remains on reducing cost of cultivation, improving productivity, and strengthening farmer livelihoods through informed decision making.
