Alison Ward has over thirty years of experience as a HR, behavioral, and organizational change strategic partner and program leader in complex, global organizations. Alison has held leadership roles in major companies such as Canon, Qantas Airlines, and Vodafone, managing large teams and facilitating significant transformations. Currently, Alison serves as the Director of Organisation Design at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær. Alison possesses an International MBA from the University of Bath and is a qualified Executive Coach and Lean Six Sigma Practitioner.
