Bernhard Buschinger

Bernhard Buschinger is an experienced professional in production engineering and software development, currently serving as Head of Production Engineering and Head of Electronic Systems, Production Engineering at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær since January 2019. Prior to this role, Bernhard was a Teamleiter at HBM from July 2000 to January 2019, managing a team of approximately 12 developers focused on data acquisition, handling, calibration, and machine control for HBM products. Bernhard's career also includes positions as a Software Engineer at PSI Software AG and a Scientific Research Associate at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids. Bernhard holds a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Physics from Technische Universität Darmstadt, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
